Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the GRAVIX online store and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by Denas Dešukas, Lithuania ("GRAVIX", "we", "us"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Orders for children must be placed by a parent or guardian.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and minor design changes may occur. Product performance (for example, wall-driving time and suitable surfaces) depends on how and where the product is used, as described on the product page.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure payment providers.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Product safety

Use the product as described in the included manual. Adult supervision is recommended for children and while charging. Do not use damaged products or chargers.

7. Intellectual property

All content in the store, including the GRAVIX name, logo, text and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country or state where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies.
